Refund & Return Policy
All products in our store are made to order by third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.
EU Right of Withdrawal Please note that under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. As all our products are printed on demand, they are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. You will not be required to return the item.
Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner and resolve the issue.
